Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Green chilies, chopped
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the cubed pork shoulder over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped green chilies, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
