  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
  2. Add minced garlic, dried oregano, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Store in a jar and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
