  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Mixed berries Optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add rolled oats and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Once the oats are cooked, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. 4. Stir in Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon.
  5. 5. Serve in bowls and top with mixed berries if desired.
