Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chopped carrots
  • 2 cups Chopped celery
  • 2 cups Chopped onions
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 1 cup Chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 cups Water

Instructions

  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Strain the stock and discard the solids.
  4. 4. Let the stock cool before storing in the fridge or freezer.
