Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chopped carrots
- 2 cups Chopped celery
- 2 cups Chopped onions
- 4 cloves Garlic smashed
- 1 cup Chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 10 cups Water
1. Add all ingredients to a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Strain the stock and discard the solids.
4. Let the stock cool before storing in the fridge or freezer.
