Gluten-Free Slow Cooker Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe
A hearty and healthy gluten-free chicken vegetable soup made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 Celery stalks sliced
- 1 Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 1 cup Frozen peas
1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
2. Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
4. Remove chicken breasts, shred them with two forks, and return to the slow cooker.
5. Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
