  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a ziplock bag, combine almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the ziplock bag, seal, and shake until the chicken is well coated.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
