- 8 oz Gluten-free macaroni
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the gluten-free flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, and stir until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the macaroni and cheese to a baking dish, and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
