Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 cup Sparkling water
- 1 lb Cheese curds
- to taste Salt
- for frying Vegetable oil
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and baking powder. 
- Slowly add the sparkling water to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. 
- Dip the cheese curds into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated. 
- Carefully place the battered cheese curds into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. 
- Remove the cheese curds with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. 
- Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
