- 1 cup Gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 cup Sparkling water
- 1 lb Cheese curds
- to taste Salt
- for frying Vegetable oil
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and baking powder.
Slowly add the sparkling water to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Dip the cheese curds into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
Carefully place the battered cheese curds into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the cheese curds with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
