Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 4 cups Chicken Broth gluten-free
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, chicken breast, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove chicken breast, shred it, and return to the pot.
4. Add salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
