Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces
- 1 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 Eggs beaten
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
