Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and garlic powder.
Add the cold, cubed butter to the bowl and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add the cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ⅛-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes.
Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the crackers cool completely before serving.
