Gluten-Free Cheese and Herb Pizza Crust Recipe

Crust Ingredients
- 2 cups Gluten-free flour
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Warm water
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Press it out into a round or rectangular shape, about ¼ inch thick.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked and the cheese is melted.
