Ingredients 

Crust Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, and salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Press it out into a round or rectangular shape, about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked and the cheese is melted.
