- 2 cups Gluten-free flour
- 1 cup Gluten-free beer
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 cups Mixed veggies (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 2 cups Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Gradually add the gluten-free beer, whisking until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Dip the chicken strips and veggies into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
5. Fry the battered chicken and veggies in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
6. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
