Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Main Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Boil cauliflower florets in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain and transfer to a food processor.
Add garlic, Parmesan, butter, and milk. Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
