  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions 

  1. Boil cauliflower florets in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and transfer to a food processor.
  3. Add garlic, Parmesan, butter, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
