- 1 bunch Kale washed and chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chopped kale to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
