  • 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Cornflakes crushed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and chopped onion.
  3. Add thawed hash browns and mix well.
  4. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
