Fried Zucchini Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis sliced into rounds
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
1. Slice zucchinis into rounds.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip zucchini slices in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry zucchini slices until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
