  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  5. 5. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Place fried chicken on paper towels to drain excess oil.
