  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon chopped
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
