- 4 pieces Large Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Julienned Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Bell Peppers
- ½ cup Hummus
1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
2. Spread a thin layer of hummus on each tortilla.
3. Evenly distribute the lettuce, carrots, and bell peppers on top of the hummus.
4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired.
