- 1 lb fresh tuna, diced
- ½ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine tuna and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add red onion, cucumber, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything well and serve immediately.
