  • 4 medium Tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add the lime juice and salt. Stir well to combine.
