- 4 pieces Tomatoes chopped
- 1 piece Red Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1 handful Fresh Basil chopped
1. Chop the tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the vegetables.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Toss everything together gently.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
