Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 pieces Red Chilies chopped
  • 1 piece Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and red chilies, cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  6. Return to saucepan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
