- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple chopped
- 1 cup Cucumber chopped
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
1. Add chopped pineapple, cucumber, water, lemon juice, and honey (if using) to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture.
4. Serve immediately over ice or chilled.
