Fresh Mozzarella Pasta Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta any short pasta
- 200 g Fresh Mozzarella cubed
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Basil Leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
