Pesto Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves packed
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ⅓ cup Pine Nuts
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add Parmesan cheese and pulse a few more times.
Slowly add olive oil while the food processor is running, and blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
