Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Rub the fish fillets with olive oil and the spice mixture.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.
3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make the lime sauce.
4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
5. Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on each tortilla and drizzling with lime sauce. Serve immediately.
