Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Chopped onions
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, half of the enchilada sauce, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up. Place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped onions and cilantro before serving.
