Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- ½ cup Cooked Ground Pork
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 8 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 Egg (beaten) for sealing
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, pork, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal with beaten egg.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
