  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Doritos crushed
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the packet instructions.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed Doritos.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
