Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in garam masala, cumin, turmeric, paprika, and salt.
  5. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  7. Add chicken and cook until done, about 10-15 minutes.
