  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dill fresh, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, red onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dill.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
