- 500 g Chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Dip chicken tenderloins in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
