Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground pork
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1. In a large pot, combine ground pork, onion, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until the pork is no longer pink.
2. Add milk, salt, pepper, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thickened and most of the liquid is absorbed.
4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer to mason jars and refrigerate until set.
