- 1 cup semolina also known as Cream of Wheat
- 4 cups milk or water
- 2 tablespoon sugar optional
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
1. In a saucepan, bring the milk (or water) to a boil.
2. Gradually whisk in the semolina, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
3. Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
4. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla extract, if using. Stir well to combine.
5. Serve hot, optionally with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
