Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Chopped Celery
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, and chopped green onions.
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
