Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Croutons

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • 1 pc Egg yolk optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and egg yolk (if using).
  2. 2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly until dressing is well combined and emulsified.
  3. 3. Season dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Add chopped romaine lettuce to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
  5. 5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
