  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the creamed corn and stir well.
  3. 3. Slowly add the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly until the soup thickens.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and slowly pour in the beaten egg, stirring gently to create egg ribbons.
  5. 5. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
