- 8 pieces Corn tortillas cut into triangles
- 1 cup Salsa
- ½ cup Crumbled cheese
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 1 piece Avocado sliced
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the tortilla triangles until crispy and golden.
Add the salsa to the pan and stir to coat the tortillas.
Cook for a few minutes until the salsa is heated through.
Serve the chilaquiles topped with crumbled cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
