  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas cut into triangles
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • ½ cup Crumbled cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the tortilla triangles until crispy and golden.
  3. Add the salsa to the pan and stir to coat the tortillas.
  4. Cook for a few minutes until the salsa is heated through.
  5. Serve the chilaquiles topped with crumbled cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
