Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 4 leaves Lettuce

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Place a lettuce leaf on a slice of bread, then add a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture.
  4. Top with another slice of bread. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
