Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
