- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 Egg, beaten
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add corn kernels and shredded chicken. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the soup thickens.
4. Slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring the soup.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
