Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Drain excess fat and set beef mixture aside.
  5. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add beef mixture, diced tomato, and lettuce.
  6. Top with another tortilla and cook until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown, flipping once.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cut into wedges and serve.
