Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet skin-on
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  4. Place the salmon on the soaked cedar plank, skin-side down.
  5. Grill the salmon on the plank for about 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
