Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella balls halved
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls on a serving platter.
  2. 2. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  3. 3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the top.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
