Ingredients 

Granola Mix

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter smooth or chunky
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil together. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
