- 1 head Cabbage
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Boil the cabbage head in a large pot until leaves are tender.
Mix ground beef, cooked rice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll up.
Place rolls in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
