  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Boil the cabbage head in a large pot until leaves are tender.
  2. Mix ground beef, cooked rice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll up.
  4. Place rolls in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
