- 1 head Cabbage finely shredded
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
