This is a simple butter recipe that you can make at home.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Cream cold
- ¼ teaspoon Salt optional
- 1. Pour the heavy cream into the mixer. 
- 2. Mix on medium speed until the cream separates into butter and buttermilk. 
- 3. Strain the buttermilk and rinse the butter with cold water. 
- 4. Knead the butter to remove any remaining buttermilk. 
- 5. Add salt if desired and store in the fridge.
